Taisei Sengoku was subjected to gruesome violence by his stepmother and older brother, ultimately having one of his eyes gouged out. When he wakes up in Tenho Hospital, he discovers that a bizarre eyeball has been transplanted into him. Astonishingly, that eye belonged to Sogen Kanzaki, a monstrous man who harbored Multiple Personalities during his lifetime. Thus, one of Sogen’s alternate personalities begins to reside within Taisei’s eye. At the same time, Sogen’s corpse vanishes from the funeral home, and his Seven Organs are transplanted into several different people. These transplant recipients, having inherited pieces of Sogen’s body along with his other personalities, begin to attack Taisei one after another. The only way for him to survive is to defeat every single one of them… Taisei’s life-and-death battle begins now!
